His work centers on turning numbers into clear, actionable strategy. Over the years, he has led operational improvements in fast-paced retail environments and advised on tax, compliance, and growth. His approach is driven by a simple goal: to plan effectively, streamline processes, and support sustainable growth with minimal waste. He will get complete his CA in next year.

Varun is particularly passionate about the evolving role of finance in startups and digital businesses — from cash-flow and runway planning to pricing and long-term strategy. For him, it’s about more than balancing the books; it’s about helping businesses scale with confidence.

He enjoys connecting with founders, accountants, and fellow professionals to exchange ideas and insights.

Outside of work, Varun loves spending quality time with his family and friends.
